For Christmas I got Ryan a new external hard drive. He often repairs computers for just about everyone we know. He also does videography and loves movies. All of these result in Ryan needing a large external hard drive, and his old one was only 500gb so we upgraded and now he has two. However, the hard drive he got for Christmas has a lot of storage, so the device is big and bulky compared to most external hard drives, and is a pain to tote around. When I came across the pogoplug pro I knew this would be a great solution for Ryan. The pogoplug pro reads his external hard drive, and the pogo plug website allows him to create a website that he can access from any computer. When he accesses that website he can access the files that are on his external hard drive. So in short, the website allows him to use his external hard drives saved files without carrying his external with him. This not only is more convenient than toting it around, but it also greatly lowers the risk of his external hard drive being damaged, lost or stolen. Ryan said that the pogoplug, so that you can access your flash drive from any internet connected computer as well. Overall we have really enjoyed the convenience of having our pogoplug and would recommend them to anyone who is tired of carrying around their external hard drive or flash drive.
