I’ve heard that a lot of people change their bedding set with the season. Do you? I never have, but I do get bored with just changing between two sets of sheets and blankets. In Michigan we have cold winters and hot and humid summers, so it would make sense to have bedding from different materials to use depending on the season.
Finding a set that both you and your spouse can agree on can be difficult for some, especially if you aren’t a fan of blue or green. Thankfully, my boyfriend and I both really love red. I’d love to own a red comforter. If it weren’t for Ryan, I’d probably have a crazy bedding set, like something bright purple, or maybe some Zebra Sheets.
My bed is a full size, which means it can sometimes be difficult to find bedding designed for adults in that size. Most bedding sets for full size beds appear to be aimed at teenagers, and teenage bedding tends to scream ‘boy’ or ‘girl’ which makes it hard when you are sharing a bed. However, some of the teen bedding out there sure is cute. Of course, childrens bedding is even cuter! There are so many adorable sets for kids and babies out there, I don’t know how i’ll ever choose when I get around to having kids. I’ve never been a big fan of using baby blue or pastel pink for newborns, as it seems so cliche. If we had a girl, I’d love to get a some Lavender Crib Bedding instead of boring old pink. If we have a boy, I’d probably go with red or orange, I love the bright colors for babies.
