Back in the summer of 2010, Smart and Sexy was generous enough to send me some of their affordable lingerie for review. It’s been over a year and a half and I’m still regularly wearing the items I got back then. Smart and Sexy sells underwear, bra, lingerie and swimwear at really affordable prices. Bra’s range from around $12.00-$18.00 while panties range from as cheap as a 3 pack for less than 10 dollars, to $20.00 for a two pack. Plus, bra and panty sets for $15.00. For such low prices, I’ve been really impressed with how well the items I received for review the first time around have held up.
I recently was sent out more items to check out and I have really enjoyed them as well. My favorite is the smart and sexy pushup bra that I received in rich black. The lace detail of this bra makes it just gorgeous and it fits me really well. It has an underwire but isn’t uncomfortable for me at all. I was also sent a smoothing satin bustier. I’ve never tried to wear an item like this, so I didn’t have much to compare it to. It fit me well in the chest, and was fine when I was standing up or sitting up straight, but it bunched up a lot when I sat in a slouching position. I also received a swimsuit in black that has a skirted bottom and traditional looking top. I am not the most confident person so I look for bathing suits that look good on me while allowing me to blend in at the same time. I like how it’s pure black which doesn’t grab too much attention, and how the skirt is cute and stylish while also being feminine and providing more coverage than many bathing suit bottoms. The top fit fine as well and looked nice on. I can see myself wearing this suit when we go to public beaches with family or other situations where I am looking to blend in and look somewhat reserved without covering up so much that it’s noticeable or out of place. Overall I’m really pleased once again with the quality and price of the items I got from smart and sexy and would recommend them to anyone looking for cute underwear or bra’s that don’t break the bank.
