The prize here on Emily Reviews is for a Vicks Behind Ear Thermometer, a $49.99 value. The thermometer only needs 1 second to provide you with an accurate reading. As someone who has spent a lot of time babysitting babies and toddlers, I can imagine how useful it is to only have to spend 1 second to get a child’s temperature instead of 60 seconds or more with other thermometers. I remember when I was in elementary school the school office changed over to an in-ear thermometer and I loved not having to use the oral ones as nurses and other adults always seemed to ‘jab” me under the tongue while attempting to place the thermometer. The combination of being a behind ear thermometer and just 1 second makes this about as quick and easy of a thermometer as I can imagine finding.
