Thermal-Aid products provide 100% natural relief with their warming/cooling packs. These packs contain special corn that works well in both cold and warm temperatures. Each kernel has had its germ removed, which greatly reduces the moisture in the kernels so mold and fungus growth are prohibited. The new and improved kernels were also found to hold temperatures for longer periods of time.
For my review, I received two Thermal-Aid Kids Bears. Thermal-Aid Bears are adorable little bears that bring warm/cool relief to the younger patients. Thermal-Aid Bears work well in a variety of situations. They provide cool relief from fevers, sunburns, flu, swelling, sprains, and strains. They can also provide comforting warmth with cramps, muscle aches, growing pains, or on a cold winter’s night.
I was really excited to receive Thermal-Aid Bears. Recently, both of my Daughters (ages 3.5 and almost 6 years old) have started to experience some growing pains and sore muscles from their ballet class. The first night we had Thermal-Aid Bears, I warmed the bears and tucked them into bed with the girls. They both snuggled with their Thermal-Aid Bear and said they were “cozy” and “comfy”.
To heat your Thermal Bear, place it in the microwave for around 45-60 seconds. Check the temperature and repeat if needed. For a cool Thermal Bear, place your bear in the freezer for around 5 hours.
Thermal Bears are 12” x 5” and weight roughly 1.6 pounds.
I can definitely see where the Thermal-Aid products would be wonderful with menstrual cramps and while suffering the aches and pains of the flu/cold.
Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us.
