Do you ever get overwhelmed by how many online stores there are? I love knowing that there are tons of neat products available online that can’t be found in stores, but trying to seek out the products that most appeal to me (or the people who I’m trying to buy gifts for) can take forever. Sweet Relish is a new website that looks similar to Pinterest but instead of covering tons of topics it just focuses on products. To check out the site you have to sign up but it’s really easy (just two clicks if you sign in with facebook) and you’ll find lots of neat products that you didn’t know existed.
You can filter results by category such as electronics, toys & games or baby care or by recipient (men, women, girls, etc). If you favor a certain brand you can check out only items made by that brand, or you can search by price range or only look at items that are on sale. You can combine the different categories (such as boys + electronics) to get more specific results.
It seems silly considering how many items I see in a years time as a result of my blog reviews, but I often still struggle to come up with gift ideas for birthdays and holidays. I like how I can take a partial idea that I have for a gift and perform a search for actual items in that group. For example, if I needed a birthday gift for a man who loves to work on cars and I wanted to spend $50 or less I could filter results by “men” AND “cars/garage” AND $50.
Sweet Relish has generously offered a $200 visa gift card for one winner! To enter you have to sign up for sweet relish but as I mentioned above it’s just two clicks if you use Facebook, easy peasy.
