This week, I received my Nutrisystem “40” Nutribear. Each Nutribear signifies another milestone reached. It’s one of the many ways Nutrisystem encourages and celebrates with it members. Over the last 30 weeks, I have come to LOVE these little guys.
The 40 bear is actually named Determination Bear. Webster states that determination is a“firm or fixed intention to achieve a desired end.” When I started Nutrisystem 30 weeks ago, I was determined to trade my unhealthy habits for new and better habits. I wanted to learn to make good food choices, integrate exercise into my busy schedule and to learn to love drinking water. I have made great changes so far. I know I can and will improve as I continue my journey with Nutrisystem. I believe in Nutrisystem and I am determined.
This week, my measurements show a lost off 0 inches in my arms, 0 inches in my chest, .5 inch in my waist, 0 inches in my hips and 0 inches in my hips. This .5 inch change brings my overall total to 36.5 inches lost. My weight stayed the same this week so, I continue to be at 40.0. I am not surprise by these results. I have had a crazy stressful week this week and know next week is going to be the same. I have had a few weeks where even though I did everything right, my head just wasn’t in the game and it affected my measurements and weigh in. Even though next week is going to be stressful, I am hoping that I can set some time a side to collect my thoughts and focus on my health.
