Do you like the convenience of the “pouch” baby food? I do! Have you ever had any trouble with the pouches causing your baby any discomfort? Then this product may be able to help you.
I was sent a PouchPop. topper set to review. They come in 4 different colors. Red, blue, orange, and yellow. I think that a variety pack is nice so if you have more than one child, you can coordinate who has what color easily. The recommended age for these is 4-18 months but you could definitely let your older kids use these if they are still eating from a pouch as well. I personally would not recommend these at 4 months because the new guidelines now recommend that you feed only breast milk (or formula) exclusively for the first 6 months. Although every family needs to do what works best for them.
Our baby is 9 months old and has only has “solids” a couple times. As in 2. So I wasn’t sure how he would react to this. However, he seemed to really like the Pouch Pop. I like that it’s soft and flexible so it’s safe for him to bite and chew on while he’s eating. It easily slides on to the top of the food pouch and then you just twist it on. Very easy to do. And it pops right off when baby is finished and cleans up easily. I had no issues with cleaning. Washed right up with soap and warm water. I also had my cousin test this with her child who eats solids on a regular basis and she thought it was a neat addition to pouch feeding.
The Pouch Pop is BPA and phthalate free. It’s made out of hospital grade silicone, and it helps promote self-feeding. PouchPop also complies with CPSC small parts regulation. I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I’m blessed beyond measure and can’t wait to see what God has in store.
