Brooke had three children, and then twins for a total of five kids. After giving birth to her twins, she was determined that she was going to get back into shape. With 5 kids to care for, she needed to do high impact workouts when she could instead of doing longer, less powerful workouts. Yet, she found that she struggled with athletic leaks when she tried to perform higher impact exercises.
