Aztec pattern is a popular fashion trend right now. I have seen several aztec inspired outfits in stores. This pattern can be dressed up or dressed down. It can be featured on skirts, shirts, pants, shorts, handbags, shoes and jewelry. Aztec comes in many different patterns but basically it is a combination of geometrical shapes. Aztec can come in a rainbow of colors too.
I wanted to add a few Aztec pieces to my spring and summer wardrobe but I wanted them to be a bit on the subtle side…nothing too bold. I found the Tokyo Fashion Open-Knit top at YesStyle.com and Clair Ship Triangle necklace and thought they would be perfect for my first Aztec inspired #OOTD.
The Tokyo Fashion Open-Knit Top has a fun Aztec pattern. This top is available in purple, off white, black and pink. Obviously I chose the purple. In addition to the Aztec pattern, I was also drawn to this top because it features another hot fashion trend, open knit. I think this top shows both trends nicely.
The Clair Shop Triangle Necklace has a black triangle shaped gem along with a gold chain. The total length is around 17 inches long.
I wore my Tokyo Fashion Open-Knit Top with a white tank top, distressed jeans, the Clair Shop Triangle Necklace, and black booties. This outfit was great for a warm weather day. The material is light and the open knit allowed air to flow through. The triangle gem on my necklace, complimented the Aztec pattern perfectly. I have a feeling this is going to be one of my go-to outfits this spring; I like it a lot.

The Azrec pattern is really cute and the color is pretty on you. YesStyle seems to have a very large selection and are affordable too.
