I received products from Josiah’s Oils for my review. All opinions are my own.

I am really intrigued by the powers of essential oils and aromatherapy products. I find it fascinating how smelling an essential oil can help heal us both physically and emotional. It just reiterates how important our mind is and how it can heal or harm us. I really don’t think we pay enough attention to that mind and body connection.

In my quest to learn more, I stumbled upon a company named Josiah’s Oils. This is a small family business. They offer ULTRA-pure essential oils. Owner, Ninette, has a great selection of products to offer including lotions, deodorants, hair care products, soaps and more. She also offers single essential oils, oil blends and aromatherapy diffusers. Ninette has gone out of her way to make sure her products contain the “safest ingredients on earth.”

For my review, I received a beautifully wrapped package with Josiah’s Germ Fighting Blend, Sleepy Time Blend, Frankincense essential oil, and a bottle of Grape-Seed Oil.

I have had my essential oils for a while now. Each night I have massaged Sleep Time Blend into my feet and my two daughters’ feet. Some nights I notice a big difference in how we are able to settle down for the evening. It seems as though the combination of the essential oils and the massage after a warm shower help.

If you aren’t familiar with essential oils, it is a good idea to mix them with a ‘carrier oil’ such as grape-seed oil, when you are massaging the oils into your skin.

My Frankincense oil has been diluted in a spritzer bottle with water. I like to use the relaxing Frankincense spritz in our home before we have a house showing or have guest over. It leaves the house feeling warm and welcoming.

I wish I would have ordered a gallon of Josiah’s Germ Fighting Blend. As we speak, I have a cold and both of my daughters are coming down with the same. I have diluted my Josiah’s Germ Fighting Blend in a spritzer with water and have gone around the house misting our door knobs, light switches and stair railing. I know catching a cold isn’t the end of the world and it can actually be helpful in building your immune system, but I still don’t like feeling crumby! I will continue to spray everything in the house with Josiah’s Germ Fighting Blend and will hopefully reduce our number of sick days.
