I’ve been with my boyfriend for over seven years now, but I still have a hard time finding him great gifts. Ryan & I didn’t care for the treats that we were sent, but we are both picky eaters. The gift cards were the perfect way for Ryan to enjoy a long-lasting gift. Sometimes we don’t get around to enjoying each of our Christmas gifts for a few weeks (or sometimes even longer) because we get multiple at once. I love the concept of the gift of the month club because it lets you spread the gifts out over time so you’re more likely to have the time to enjoy each one separately. It also is just fun to spread the joy of getting a present out over time.

Emily, I think Ryan needs to put a ring on it. LOL! 7 yrs is a long time. My daughter’s boyfriend waited until they were together 5 yrs before he finally put a ring on her finger. They said they wanted to get married this year, but I’m thinking probably next yr. They have a beautiful baby girl named Chloe who is the love of my life.

Lol we hear that quite a bit. I was only 16 when we started dating so that’s a big part of why we didn’t get married after just a couple years of dating. Plus, there always seem to be other more urgent expenses that pop up.
For the last month or so, we haven’t been publishing as many blog posts as we usually do. We get so tired during the christmas gift guide that all of us writers tend to need a bit of a break in January. Plus I am moving next week so I knew that January would be kind of an “in between” month so I intentionally didn’t take on as much. I think we’ve only published blog posts on two different days so I am guessing/hoping that is the reason why you didn’t get emails from us. Please let me know if it keeps up where you’re sure that you’re not being sent all of our blog posts and i’ll investigate further. 🙂
