Let me tell you something about kids clothes, from one mother to another. In my humble mom opinion, nobody does cute colorful and comfortable clothes like Zutano. If you’ve never heard of Zutano, let me give you a brief intro. Zutano is a clothing company nestled in the green hills of Vermont that is famous for making the adorable and whimsy clothes for kids. They have mastered the art of creating the most charming prints. All their clothes are mix and match which means their colors are always the same (meaning the pink color for their hats is the same pink color you find on their leggings) and they are carefully chosen to go well together. As a mother, I love that I can easily create many different outfits with only a few pieces!

Over the last few years, Zutano has ventured outside the clothing world creating beautiful accessories, toys, nursery decor, even furniture, always with the same love of colors and prints. I have to say their wall decals are just too cute!

Zutano also makes it a priority that their clothes be comfortable and easy to wear for children so they use high quality fabrics such as plush terry cotton for jackets and soft interlock cotton for dresses. These clothes are made to last and I personally vouch for that. Each piece of Zutano clothing we own was worn by both my daughters and most still look great so I’m passing them on to my baby niece. Since most pieces are made of cotton, they are also easy to care for. Zutano designers make sure their clothes fit well and don’t restrict movements in any way. I am personally a huge fan of the banded waist dresses for little girls. They are very flattering and girly, yet practical for everyday wear. I haven’t personally tried them but I think the reversible hoodies are adorable!

Each season, I always look forward to the new prints that Zutano will launch. This summer, I am especially fond of ‘Violetta’ as well as ‘Out To The Sea’ and ‘Jungle Boogie’ which are two of their gender neutral prints.

Zutano kindly sent me 2 outfits this summer. Both are in the same Giardini print but as you can see, the two outfits are different. The Giardini print is inspired by gardens so it features trees, plants and flowers as well as gardening tools. It’s a very unique print and I love it! My oldest daughter received the toddler ruffle hem dress with a beautiful orchid toddler ruffle cardigan.

She also received a hot pink toddler short stack dolman top with matching hot pink candy stripe toddler skinny leggings.

My youngest daughter received the baby banded waist dress in the same Giardini print. It came with the orchid baby bloomer and a hot pink baby sun hat.

I love how they look, walking side by side in their colorful dresses. Two sisters, two outfits. Similar, yet unique, just like their personalities!
