This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic.
One of the benefits that comes from my boyfriend & I both being self-employed is we don’t spend much time texting or calling each other. We are also almost always at home where we have wi-fi that we use with our tablet to play games or run most apps. As a result, we barely use our phones at all. When I think about how little we actually use our phones it makes me regret paying so much.
I recently learned about Ting mobile which is a great service for people like me who don’t use much data on their phone, or who are usually near wi-fi areas. For example, if you have the ability to use wi-fi with your phone at home and at work, then you only need to use the data from your phone plan when you aren’t at either of those locations – which for most people isn’t really that often. The average Ting customer has a monthly bill of just $23!
Ting mobile lets you rely on wi-fi when possible, and then your non-wifi network area will vary depending on the phone you use. Ting allows many phones from AT&T, Sprint and T-mobile to be switched over to Ting service. If you bring your phone with you when you switch to Ting, your network will be the same as your previous service. If you don’t have a phone to transfer to Ting, you can purchase a phone from Ting. Ting is a contract-free service that has no hidden fees or penalties. Ting also offers family plans for just $6 per additional phone, and users can pool their usage into a single account.
Now through October 22nd, AT&T users can earn a free $5 Starbucks gift card just for checking if their AT&T phone is compatible for Ting. Check to see if your at&t phone is compatible with Ting to earn your $5 gift card. Limit one $5 Starbucks gift card per email address and per active AT&T device checked. The promotion ends on the 22nd a printable $5 gift card will be emailed to you.

I’d never heard of this service before, but it sounds great!

Ting sounds like a great plan for someone like me, I don’t use my phone very often at all. And the free Starbucks gift card is a great incentive for checking to see if your device is compatible with Ting.

I’d never heard of this service before but i wish we had something like it in my area

I don’t use much data and very few texts so I’ll look into this. I don’t have unlimited minutes but rarely need half of them that I have. I don’t pay much per month but it wouldn’t hurt to check them out. And I like coffee too!
