I was sent a Carnivore Club subscription box. All opinions are my own.
Carnivore Club is a subscription box for cured meats. Each month they have an artisan supplier provide 4-6 handcrafted cured meats. This is my third Carnivore Club box, you can see my first Carnivore Club review and my second Carnivore Club review to see examples of past boxes.
My box this month had four selections of Salami all from Angel’s Salami. The varieties included Duck salami, Venison & berkshire salami, white truffle salami, and black truffle salami.
Each Carnivore Club box comes with a card or pamphlet inside that gives you information about the meats included in your box and suggestions for preparing. Our card recommended removing the Salami from the fridge and putting it on a counter or table for at least 10 minutes before consuming to bring about maximum flavor. We found that waiting for it to warm slightly allowed the salami’s to soften which was needed for this because the varieties are pretty tough to chew at first, but they all tasted great. We had never had truffles before so I was glad that the card provided information about truffles.
We enjoyed every variety in the box. We often buy sausage or salami and crackers for holiday gatherings so this month’s box would have been perfect for that. It’s also a great gift idea for meat lovers, foodies or anyone who enjoys trying new foods. Carnivore Club is offering a few different Christmas Specials, you can order as late as December 20th for Christmas delivery.

Now this sounds like a box any mn I know would love and almost all women. We would love something like this. I have liking meat and crackers on hand. Great review!
Nobody in my family has had truffles either, including me, so it’s a pretty safe bet that this box would be a hit with whomever I sent it to. I love the brown paper stuffing too. I received that in a package and saved it, it fascinated me so, lol. I’m a crafts person and recycler though, ha ha.
