Next Sunday is Easter. If you haven’t already started filling those Easter baskets, you better get hoppin’!

Lego sets are perfect for Easter baskets; in fact, in our family they are a must-have! Lego sets come in several themes, sizes, and skill levels for you to choose from. This year, the Easter bunny is bringing my daughters three Lego Friends sets. Savannah is going to receive Andrea’s Birthday Party set. Cheyenne will receive Olivia’s Garden Pool and Stephanie’s Party Train.

Andrea’s Birthday Party set has everything needed for a garden party- Andrea, a colorful table, stools for your friends, a festive birthday chair, celebratory cake, a playful swing, rotating stage and a piano. Party decorations are also included- beautiful lights, fun balloons, party hats, special gifts, an invitation, a pretty hair bow, glasses and a microphone. Andrea’s Birthday Party set has 191 pieces.

Olivia’s Garden Pool is the perfect way to cool off on a hot day! It comes with Olivia, an adorable turtle, a refreshing swimming pool, a fun slide with stairs, an MP3 player, parasol, table, and a playful floating ring. The set also comes with fun accessories- cool sunglasses, a ball, delicious cherries, protective sunscreen, glasses, and a beautiful hair flower. Olivia’s Garden Pool set has 82 pieces.

All aboard Stephanie’s Party Train! This set includes Stephanie, a working bicycle,  a fun hamster playground, three wagons, a slide and a mailbox. It also comes with a party invitation, beautiful birthday gift, a special hair bow, three fun party hats, two colorful balloons, and a hamster food bowl. Stephanie’s Party Train set has 109 pieces.

Our favorite thing about Lego sets is that you have the ability to build the designed structure and/or come up with something completely on your own. The girls love having the freedom to design anything they can imagine. I appreciate that every set can be combined with others sets to expand the creative possibilities.

Easter Basket

I look forward to Easter morning when the girls see their basket full of goodies. It will be a fun day full of celebration, family, friends and playing with Legos.

Happy Easter!

I totally agree!! We try to stray away from candy so we love perfectly small and fun toys to put in the basket!! Legos totally fit the build!!

My daughter just started with Lego Friends a few months ago and love them. She likes the cartoon on TV too. There will be Lego sets in our Easter baskets this year!

I love the creativity that the Lego pieces encourage. I just saw these sets on sale and totally agree with doing away with most of the candy. I think kids would love them more than candy and they will last longer!
