Like many little girls, my daughters love playing with fashion dolls. They love being able to dress them up and pretend play with them.
When it comes to the dolls I let my girls play with, I am pretty guarded. I want to make sure the dolls are age appropriate, dressed conservatively and convey the right message. Our Generation, from Battat Co., is a doll collection that I have approved. I hid the Our Generations packages from my daughters. I was planning to let them open them on the first day of Spring break. Life gave us a plot twist- I was surprised when my oldest came down with a virus and missed school a few days before vacation started. Later, my youngest came down with the same virus. We were house bound for two weeks. Cabin fever was starting to set in when I remembered the packages. I quickly pulled them out of their hiding spot and let the girls open them. It was perfect! The girls were so surprised! They were able to play with their new toys will still resting and recovering. They told me it was better than Christmas.
Our Generation dolls are fantastic. I love their optimism, playfulness and thoughtfulness. They are well made and provide hours of fun and entertainment.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

These dolls sound wonderful! I love that they come with so many accessories! Both of my daughters would absolutely love them as well! They also both share a Bday next month, so thank you for making me aware of these dolls! 🙂

I like how big these toys are. Some of the dolls I’ve seen are so tiny and it’s hard to play with the little pieces. These would be great for sick days and they’d keep the kid’s entertained.
These look like something my nieces would really enjoy!
