SurpriseMyPet sent me their dog subscription box for review. All opinions are my own.
In March we were sent our third SurpriseMyPet box, and this one has been our favorite yet! Weather here in Michigan was spring-like for a few days when the box arrived. Part of my yard was muddy and that’s where the mailman left the box so it got a bit muddy. So, please forgive the dirty looking box.
Frank was excited to check out what was in the box this month!
Once we peeled back the top paper and the information card I saw three large bags of treats.
The first bag was Loving Pets brand Vegitopia sliced carrots. These are currently listed for $8.49 on Amazon and are made with JUST carrots making these super healthy. They’re also a great option for dogs with allergies. I love single ingredient treats and the bag is generously sized. Score!
The next bag of treats was also a nice, generous size. It is also from the Loving Pets brand, part of their NaturalValue line. They are 100% natural puffed cheese treats. These are light and airy, super easy to break into tiny treats for training or just stretching the bag as far as possible. My dogs love cheese flavored treats so these were another win for us.
The third bag was also from the Loving Pets brand. These are 100% natural chicken tender dog treats. My dogs go crazy for chicken more so than any other meat or food that I’ve come across. I love that all Loving Pets products are made in the US and that they are so conscious of what they put in their treats. For example, these chicken tender treats are gluten, soy, glycerin and wheat free.
The first toy that I pulled out of the box grabbed Frank’s attention right away. It was a small (roughly the size of my palm) owl toy with a squeaker. My dogs love plush toys, with a particular interest in small toys so this was a perfect match for them.
The next item impressed me with how creative and unique it was, while also being practical. It was a pack of non-scented wipes made specifically for pets. One item that I didn’t expect to buy for my dog was wipes, but I buy wipes for my dogs all the time. They get mud stuck between their paw pads when they go outside. Both of my dogs scratch the ground after going to the bathroom, so it really gets caught up badly around their nails. If I don’t wipe their paws when they come inside it makes my house a mess. So these are super useful for us.
The last toy was unique. It’s a soft, fairly small toy that is designed to look like newspaper. It has something inside that creates a crinkling sound (similar to what you find in baby toys sometimes). I had no idea if my dogs would like this because we had never tried a crinkling toy before, but they both like it. It’s soft and thin so it’s easy for them to carry around in their mouths despite having small jaws.
We liked and will use every item from the March box! My pugs are finicky about toys so having every single item in the box be a win is incredible. The three bags of treats will last us longer than a month, the wipes will be used entirely and they love both toys as well. We love getting Surprise My Pet because we get to try out new, high quality toys, treats and accessories for the dogs while also getting a surprise each month. It even keeps us from having to run to the store to buy dog treats because they send enough to keep us stocked up. Plus, the price is great at $25-$19 per box (depending on how long you subscribe for). If you want to try out Surprise My Pet use the code EMILYREVIEWS to save 10%!

my dogs would love something like this every month they love good treats
I enjoy looking at all the cool pet treats. The toys are always so fun. I would feel confident giving this as a gift, that the pet owner would be delighted every time a box arrives.
