Thank you to Nutrisystem for providing me with product in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.
This week, I wanted to discuss Nutrisystem‘s pantry meals. The pantry meals are shelf-stable. Some of them can be eaten straight from the package, while others need to be cooked. With the Uniquely You plan, you get to choose your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. You have over 150 menu options to choose from. You may order both frozen and pantry meals or you may order just frozen or just pantry meals. You have the ultimate say of what meals you get to eat. You can customize the menu to suit your specific tastes.
Here is a list of my favorites. Again, I limited it to three for the sake of the blog post. I have more than three favorites in each meal.
Breakfasts – Biscotti Bites, Blueberry Lemon Baked Bar, and Double Chocolate Muffin
Lunches – Cheddar Broccoli Rice, Spicy Kung Pao Noodles, and Tuna Salad
Dinners – Chicken Pot Pie, Rotini & Meatballs, and Hearty Beef Stew
Snacks – Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Nut Bar, Milk Chocolate Flavored Pretzels, and Honey Mustard Pretzel Bits
My progress this week is low. I sort of expected it because I am going to be starting my period in a couple days. Agh!

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I like those choices they really have quite a good variety. I bet the honey mustard bites are good, I get those kind of pretzels and they are tasty! I haven’t tried the Nutrisystem variety, but they have a nice flavor. I would also like a lot of the lunch and dinner selections.
Dont worry about a slight loss, teams win by one point, so it is still a win! -
These look good but for me, I don’t do well with carbs in the morning. Many don’t and I don’t know if this plan allows you to switch them to the evening or not but those breakfast choices would make me hungry the rest of the day if I ate them in the morning. Many, including me, do better with more a protein-based meal for the first meal of the day.

I have a question. How long do the meals last? Especially the unfrozen options?
Nutrisystem has some tasty food.
