I have been provided with a Nutrisystem plan in exchange for sharing my honest experience and results on my blog. All opinions are my own.
We have a TV that is connected to our WiFi. Ryan put some program on it that will cycle through my Facebook photos at random when we are not watching or using the TV. All week I have been gasping and pointing and saying ‘OH, look! Remember that?”
Something that has really struck me though was the change in Ryan throughout our relationship. We’ve been dating for 9 years now. So it’s to be expected that we’ve both changed in looks a bit. Here is us back in 2007. I was 16 though I feel I look even younger.
So we’ve certainly changed a lot since then. We aren’t kids anymore. Though for Ryan I feel like he looks younger now than he did a few years ago, due to his weight loss in the past year.

I’ve often heard people say that after losing weight they feel younger. Ryan says he doesn’t feel younger, though physically he’s never felt a significant difference with age yet. So perhaps he’s just too young to physically feel better from weight loss. Still, he looks younger in my opinion. I think the hairstyle he does now helps, but he wanted this hairstyle before losing weight and thought it would look bad with how round his face was at the time. So even with help from the new hairstyle, it’s really only possible due to the weight loss. He’s definitely seen a change in his face shape due to the loss too, I think.
Have you ever lost a significant amount of weight? Did you look or feel younger as a result?

Ryan looks terrific. It could be as you said because he is young he doesnt feel younger. I can tell you if he was older, his knees and back would be thanking him. His face does look thinner, and really he looks much as he did 6 years ago.
You are just darling in this pics, you havent changed at all. Very nice pictures of you both!
Oh, and I have lost and gained so many times I cant count! -
These pictures are all so cute! and you both look in perfect health and shape now! I never gained or lost a huge amount, but nothing makes feel worse than dragging around extra pounds especially when you are older it goes where you don’t want it to.

I have!! I find that the thinner face actually makes me look older… not in a bad way by any means!! But I feel like when you are young most have that extra face pudge.

What fun to be able to go back through and see the changes in both of you!
