Today I am going to share with you three Nutrisystem Belly Bloat Busting Breakfast Bowl Recipes. Say that five times fast!
According to an article, I found on Nutrisystem’s website, the secret to a flatter looking belly is probiotics. Probiotics are good bacteria. They serve a number of functions including boosting your immunity, helping prevent weight issues and aiding in digestion. When you have belly bloat, it can be a sign you are lacking those good bacteria.
What foods contain probiotics? Fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, aged cheeses, sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, tempeh and soy beverages, all contain good bacteria. Another great source is Nutrisystem’s TurboShake™ mixes. TurboShake mixes contain protein, fiber, 22 vitamins and minerals, and BC30 probiotic.
Now that you know a little bit about probiotics, why not try a few new recipes that contain these helpful little guys.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
