I am a huge fan of diffusers. I do not like going into a home (whether it’s mine or someone else’s) that either smells like pets (or last night’s dinner), nor do I enjoy that overwhelming odor that some scented products or devices emit. I am sensitive to scents so anything overwhelming ends up giving me a headache that lasts for hours.

With that said, I can tell you that I am thoroughly enjoying my new Chelsea Large Diffuser and the French Lavender All-Natural Odor Eliminator from Airome.

The diffuser is not only beautiful but it also fits in nicely with the décor of our home. It doesn’t stand out as a diffuser. It just looks like a very nice decorative piece on one of our light tables. I’m currently enjoying a very nice “light show” that is being provided by the Chelsea Diffuser. Some diffusers have lights that are so bright, it is annoying having them in the room. Not the case with the Chelsea Diffuser. The lights are soft and subtle and not distracting at all. I can’t wait to see what it looks like at night.

With regard to the oil scent that is in the diffuser, it’s also very subtle which is perfect for me. We have a dog and with it being winter in Oregon, that means the said dog is sometimes wet. I purposely just walked out of our house and back in to see what I could smell since I know sometimes we become “nose blind” to what our own house smells like. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I could only smell a hint of the lavender. It wasn’t overwhelming at all yet I could smell it in the background. I followed the directions and used between 3 to 5 drops of the oil and it was the perfect amount for me.

Even though I follow the directions on all essential oils that I diffuse, I find that some are still either very strong or so subtle that I can’t even smell them. The French Lavender All-Natural Odor Eliminator is neither. It seems to be covering up any pet odor that our house might have but it also isn’t so strong that it’s causing a headache.

I am very very pleased with both the Chelsea Large Diffuser and the French Lavender All-Natural Odor Eliminator.
