Thank you to Wisenet For providing me with product in exchange for review purposes. All opinions belong to myself.

When I first had my son we lived in a small apartment and definitely were very choosy about what we really needed for him. On that list were things like car seat, crib, etc. but something we just weren’t sure we would need was a baby monitor. We did end up getting a regular audio only set but never really used it. When my daughter came along we figured that we had made it ok without a more advanced set and would be ok without it again. Unfortunately that time around we had bought our own house by then and were outside more often. Our range on our audio only set wasn’t far and before long we lost the chargers and weren’t able to use them anymore. Our audio only set also caused a lot of false alarm “run back inside” moments to check on my daughter just to find her sleeping soundly. Now that we are gearing up for our third child’s arrival we know that we will save ourselves a lot of unnecessary running with the Baby View baby monitor system.

With a 5 inch LCD high resolution touch screen monitor that connects to a high quality camera you wont be missing anything from your little ones crib. Being able to pair the device with your phone as well also keeps a closer eye if say the monitor isn’t charged at the time. The camera features remote 300° pan/ 110° tilt, transmitting distance of a Minimum of 600 ft. (FHSS, Dual-mode, Line of Sight) / 900 ft. (FHSS only mode, Line of Sight) / 300 ft. (Wi-Fi only, Line of Sight). Extra awesome features like a photo diary to capture sweet sleep moments throughout babies life and programmed lullabies to soothe little one back to sleep really make the Baby View a perfect pick.

If your kids are anything like mine a pitch black room provides the best bedtime as well as sleep through the night. The Baby View doesn’t interfere with a pitch black room as the night vision it features is non visible IR LED lights. Being able to create a dark napping space while also getting things done without worry is so worth the purchase. The featured two way talk is great for the slightly older baby who calms at the sound of your voice. If you need to finish a task before coming to grab baby the two way talk allows you to soothe your little ones worries from a distance until you can get closer.

My husband and I have found quite a bit of usage with the Baby View even before our third child has arrived. With our home being separated with our kids room upstair and ours downstairs we usually put them to sleep in their rooms and when we are ready for bed we bring them downstairs with us. It makes us nervous that we might not hear them waking, or they may try walking down the stairs too drowsy to do so safely, or in a more severe case they could get sick and we wouldn’t know if we left them to stay in their own room. Now that we have the Baby View we are more able to leave them upstairs in their own room while still being able to monitor through the night. Peace of mind really is such a great thing!

I love a monitor with sound and video. This seems like a great one to use for our next child.

It is amazing what is available now. I could have used this the most for my oldest, we lived in a home that had 3 floors. I was always so worried, as a first time mom, to even go to a different floor from my daughter.

I like this setup better than others I have seen. It can also be used to check on children in a playroom on the other side of the house. Thank you for the review.

I wish they would have had these when my boys were younger. I think they might have had one but they were still really expensive. I like this one a lot and it would be perfect for gifts!

This is the one thing my niece wanted for her baby shower but she didn’t get it. She has never felt comfortable with the baby in another room. So this would a good thing for her to get.

This would have been so cool to have when my daughter was a baby. Back then you just had to listen, or keep getting out of bed to make sure she was breathing (mommy behavior). Maybe grandchildren? Who knows.

This sounds like such a great baby monitor! I never had a video monitor with my kids, just the old style. I definitely would have loved to be able to look at my babies. 🙂 Thank you so much for sharing!
