My family has been working hard to make healthy food decisions and to increase our daily exercise. It hasn’t been easy, but we know the change is needed and worth it.
When I began thinking about Easter a couple of months ago, I was dreading the task of coming up with Easter goodies that were in line with our goals. I didn’t want my kids to feel like they were being cheated out of the holiday, but I also didn’t want to completely derail our progress. My husband and I talked about it and came up with a plan. We would let them have a couple of the traditional Easter treats, but the rest of their baskets would be filled with products that encourage physical activity through play.
The main item in the girls Easter baskets comes from SwimWays. SwimWays offers customers a fun line of water toys, floats, and pool accessories. I got the girls each one of SwimWays new Huggables.
Huggables are new oversized pool floats. They are available in three cute animal themes- Teddy Bear, Panda Bear, and Sloth. I chose the Panda Bear and Teddy Bear. When you lounge on a Huggable, the animal surrounds you with its arms and gives you a gentle hug. It also has a cup holder in its paw to hold your cool beverage close by.
The girls are going to love their Huggables. I can’t wait to watch them play with them in the pool this summer!
