I received product from MOLUK Designs to facilitate this post.  As always, all opinions are my own.

Have you ever had the thought that maybe your child could benefit from more open-ended toys?  Did you realize that open-ended play prioritizes fun and creativity.  So instead of being led to play exactly what’s expected in a very uniform manner, introducing kids to play that allows their imaginations take the lead is extremely beneficial to development.   It creates the perfect opportunity for engaging your child’s imagination and enhancing their social and emotional intelligence.  You’ll find that open-ended play opens up a world of benefits for your child’s learning and intellectual growth.

MOLUK Designs

I was recently introduced to a company called MOLUK Designs and was immediately intrigued.  They create unique toys that spark the imagination, tickle the senses, and get kids moving.  In a time in history where everything is going virtual, MOLUK offers toys that are 100% manual.  Their toys encourage children to move and explore.  And their selection of toys work to stimulate the senses and minds of kids.  No batteries required!

The Bilibo

Meet the multi-award winning Bilibo.  This toy is widely regarded as one of the most innovative and versatile open-ended toys available on the market.  While it seems deceptively simple and magically attractive, you’ll find that the Bilibo’s iconic shell shape and bright colors immediately appeal to children of all ages.

Why We Love The Bilibo

I have five children.  They range in ages from 5 all the way up to 14 now.  So with that big of an age span, there are very few ‘toys’ that they all enjoy playing with.  However, their Bilibos are one of good ones that never gets old!

There are so many uses for the Bilibo.  Let the kids take it outside to the back yard, along when you visit the park, on a trip to the beach, or even the sledding hill. You’ll be amazed at the creative uses kids will come up with.

Throughout the day, you’ll find my kids playing with these Bilibo wobble seats.  They love to spin, walk on them, crawl around on them, slide with them, and so much more.  They are truly popular with kids of all ages.

We have a Bilibo that my grandkids ranging in ages from 3 to 12 play with when they come to visit. Its fun to watch how they play with it especially the younger ones.

I can see a kid at first saying: but what is it? What do you do with it? And then finding all kinds of things to do with it. Love the bright colors.

I love the toys you find. They are so colorful and look very sturdy. I am sure the girls would love to have these too.

Do you think these would be good in a first grade classroom as one of the alternative seating options?
