About 18 months ago I started following the curly girl method. I’ve learned so much about my hair since then! I’ve learned that keeping it highly moisturized and giving it enough protein makes a huge difference in the health and appearance of my hair. About once a week I do a deep conditioning treatment, and about once a month I do a protein mask. The Hot Head cap from Thermal Hair Care can be put in the microwave to heat it up before wearing. Having the heat on your head assists the deep conditioner or mask with getting deep into your hair. Plus, it allows me to spend a bit less time with the deep conditioner in my hair because the heat helps it to work faster. Anyone you know who likes to do hair treatments would love a Hot Head!

I have dry, thick, curly hair and I need to condition it constantly. I really love this idea.
My sister would love this. She does a lot to her hair.
