DHGate sent me a jacket for review. All opinions are my own.
I’ve heard people talk about the Lululemon brand online, but I don’t have a store near me and don’t know anyone “in real life” who purchases from the brand as far as I know. Still, I knew that they have a reputation for making really cute athletic clothing.
When DHGate reached out to me about being an affiliate, I took a look at some hoodies and thin jackets. We have long winters here in Michigan, so I need to wear something over my tops much of the year. I don’t love wearing big, bulky clothing and that’s how most hoodies and jackets fit. I have a short torso, so it’s really easy for hoodies, sweaters and jackets to make me look extra boxy shaped in my belly area.
I was curious about this Lululemon inspired jacket because it seemed to be more fitted, and it came in lots of cute colors. It looks like the color that I received is no longer in stock, but hopefully it’ll come back soon. They have lots of colors to choose from which I love.
I haven’t tried the Lululemon Define jacket that this is inspired on, so I can’t really compare the two well at all. However, I really like this jacket. It’s my new favorite way to add a layer to stay warm! It is thin yet warm, fitting yet comfortable. It has thumbholes and it also has fold-over cuffs so you can completely cover your hands inside if you’re outside in the cold without gloves or mittens.
I requested a size medium and was sent a 1X which I would have expected to be huge on me. This jacket is definitely bigger than I prefer, but it’s not as big as I would have expected for a 1X, so I am guessing it is sized small. Consider buying a size larger than you typically would. Despite it being bigger than I need, it doesn’t fit bulky or boxy which I appreciate.
Definitely check out DHGate if you enjoy saving money by getting products that are inspired by expensive brands. They have lots of clothing, shoes and more that are inspired by high end brands but they’re priced much more reasonably.

This sounds like the perfect jacket. I like that it has the thumb holes. I am also one of those that wear a jacket or sweater at home. Without the jacket I turn the heat up and get hot. But the jacket keeps my shoulders and back warm. This does not look like a thick heavy jacket.

You look good in that jacket, despite the size being not what you expected. Actually, after looking at their sizing, I’m not sure what I’d order; their guide indicates that size 12 = XXXL, which seems kind of unusual. Anyway, the fabric looks perfect for pulling over a top indoors or for wearing to the store on a warmish day, and you’re right about the huge selection of colors. Thanks for sharing your experience.

This is a cute jacket and color. It also looks like a great transitional jacket, would be great to wear on the airplane. I love that it has thumb holes!
