This holiday season, elevate your gift-giving game with the IWAS Upcycled Teak Wood Cutting Board—a gorgeous, eco-conscious piece that brings function and flair to the kitchen. Crafted from upcycled teak wood waste, each board gives old material a brilliant second life. In other words, you’re not just gifting a kitchen tool—you’re supporting sustainable design.

One of the standout features? Uniqueness. Because each board is made from reclaimed teak, the grain patterns, colors, and character grooves vary—making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. No two boards look identical, which adds a thoughtful, artisan touch to your present. A juice groove and handle complete the design, making it perfect for both meal prep and serving beautifully.

From a practical perspective, teak is an excellent choice of wood. Thanks to its natural oil content and tight grain, it’s more resistant to stains, warping, and odor absorption than many other woods. That makes it a smart pick for a gift that will be used—and loved—year after year. For those who care about environmental impact, the board’s upcycled origin ticks the sustainability box with style.

Whether the recipient is a casual cook, a charcuterie aficionado, or someone who appreciates beautiful homeware, this cutting board hits all the right notes. Its substantial size (extra-large dimensions) means it can handle big holiday roasts or prep for a holiday gathering, while still looking elegant when left out on the counter.

In short, the IWAS Upcycled Teak Wood Cutting Board is a warm, durable, eco-friendly, and unique product. It’s a thoughtful alternative to cookie-cutter gifts, celebrating craftsmanship and sustainability. Wrap it, tie it with a bow, and you’ve got a gift that says: “I care about your kitchen and the planet.”

In addition to our stylish Upcycled Teak Wood Cutting Board, IWAS offers a fantastic selection of Upcycled Glasses, delightful Bread Baskets, elegant Vases, and more. Take a moment to check out these unique items for truly one-of-a-kind gifts that bring a touch of sustainability to your home.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.

I love to up-cycle as well and these boards look amazing. I use a cutting board everyday and these would make wonderful gifts this year as well for those who I know do a lot of chopping. The sustainable design is something that is important when shopping too.

What a beautiful cutting board! I love the unique patterns that each one has due to it be upcycled. I agree that they would make a great Christmas gift.
