Schiffer Publishing sent me products for inclusion in my gift guide. There may be affiliate links in this article. All opinions are my own.

Schiffer Publishing is an awesome site to check out if you’re looking for book related gifts or arts and crafts gifts! I love giving gifts from both of these categories. This year I’m featuring four items from Schiffer, but I really recommend that you browse their website. They have SO much to offer.

The Bibliophile's Coloring and Lettering Book

A Bibliophile’s Coloring and Lettering Book

This was just released in October of this year! It’s a unique type of book in that it combines a guide for learning some pretty hand-lettering, with a coloring book. The coloring pages are first, and they’re themed for book lovers aka bibliophiles! The second half of the book is the guides on learning various types of lettering. These are designed for bibliophiles too, but I can certainly see others enjoying these as well! Once learned, these can be used to decorate signs, envelopes, wall decor and more. I’m sure these will turn into some really cool homemade arts and crafts!

1-2-3 Lili’s Counting

I picked out 1-2-3- Lili’s Counting, a board book, for my baby niece! This adorable book features a mouse named Lili and her friend named Henri. Together they learn to count to ten! This is a super cute book for babies learning their first ten numbers. I always throw in at least a book or two when giving gifts to children. This is a great one for the baby and toddler crowd!

Super Simple Finger Knitting Kit: Jiggle the Jellyfish

Schiffer Publishing has a whole subcategory, Schiffer Crafts, that has a variety of craft themed books and gift sets. You’ll want to check this out for the artsy person on your list! I thought this finger knitting kit was so cool. It’s intended for beginners and includes everything you need to make a knit jellyfish! This would be an awesome gift for someone new to finger knitting or looking to learn finger knitting.

colormaps be happy coloring book

Colormaps Be Happy

Last but not least, I chose Colormaps Be Happy. I’ve owned Colormaps coloring books before and have always enjoyed them. In my opinion, Colormaps coloring books do a great job of being detailed enough to create a somewhat medatitive experience while coloring, without making portions of the design so tiny that it’s stressful to keep in the lines. To me they really strike a lovely balance in their designs. This particular coloring book is color coded! I loved color by number books as a kid but haven’t had any as an adult so I thought that was neat. The designs are all joy-inspired items such as flowers, hearts, some lovely word and phrases like ‘hope’ and ‘love always wins’.

I’m really excited to gift some items from Schiffer Publishing this holiday season! Remember to check out the Schiffer website to find the perfect gifts for the reader or crafty person on your list!
