I’ve never been the type to invest in luxury towels. When I needed new ones, I’d grab whatever was on sale at a regular retailer, use them until they got thin and scratchy, and replace them. The set comes with two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths. There are three color options, but I chose white, which makes them easy to bleach if needed.
Quality and Certifications
These towels are made from 100% long-staple organic and Fairtrade cotton, and they’re finished with NordShield® Crisp™ technology, which the brand claims keeps them fresh and odor-free. I used them normally and didn’t experience any damp towel smell, which is a feature I appreciated. They’re certified by GOTS®, Fairtrade™, OEKO-TEX®, and European Flax™ – basically, they meet strict global standards for safety, purity, and responsible production. If those certifications matter to you, they’re worth noting.
Initial Lint Shedding
When I first washed these towels, the lint trap in my dryer was extremely full – significantly more than a regular load. I initially worried this meant the towels would noticeably change or feel rough afterward. But when I checked them, they felt exactly the same as when they arrived. The shedding was only at the beginning and didn’t affect the towels’ quality or feel going forward.
Who These Are For
If you prioritize quality in your everyday items and have a budget for an investment in towels, this spa-quality towel set is worth considering.
