#Nutrisystem Women’s SUCCESS Select Program Week 42 Review
This week, Nutrisystem has helped me keep a piece of sanity. My crazy busy schedule has continued. However, this week I was able to increase my workouts and water. I went for a long walk or jog each day. My exercise time this week helped me release some stress and collect my thoughts. I need to remember this and really make it a priority the next time I feel overwhelmed.
