#Nutrisystem Women’s SUCCESS Select Program Week 34 Review
This has been a good Nutrisystem week. I felt great, ate healthy, drank my water and exercised. It was one of those weeks where everything just seemed to work.
Even though my inches lost stayed the same this week, I lost 1.4 pounds bringing my total to (are you ready for this…) 44.4 pounds. I can’t believe I only have 15.6 pounds to my goal. I also feel like I am on the cusp of stepping down another clothing size…this will be my 6th size change. Yahoo!

My Daughters are normally pretty active; we don’t have the issue of them not getting enough physical activity in the day.
