This has been a good Nutrisystem week. I felt great, ate healthy, drank my water and exercised. It was one of those weeks where everything just seemed to work.

Even though my inches lost stayed the same this week, I lost 1.4 pounds bringing my total to (are you ready for this…) 44.4 pounds. I can’t believe I only have 15.6 pounds to my goal. I also feel like I am on the cusp of stepping down another clothing size…this will be my 6th size change. Yahoo!

This is going to be a very exciting weekend for me. Tomorrow my youngest is having her 4th birthday party. It is always fun to get together with friends and family. Then on Sunday, a few of my family members and I are going to participate in the local Biggest Loser Run/Walk event. I am beyond excited to be going to this event. I think it’s a great way to celebrate the changes I have made to live a healthier life. I want to show my daughters that I have and continue to work hard to achieve my goal. Those two little girls have been my best cheer leaders along the way. I appreciate their support.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread

Today I want to share the Nutrisystem Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread recipe. It’s decadent while still being healthy.

Ingredients-

2   Tbsp. PB2 powder

2   Tbsp. Water

1   Pkg. Nutrisystem Chocolate Protein Shake

Directions-

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Add water in small amounts until you achieve desired consistency.

3. Use as a spread on toast, fruit or other snacks.

Counts As- 1/2 Power Fuel + 1 Protein Drink

I can’t wait to try Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread on fresh apple slices. Doesn’t that sound delicious!
