I have been doing a lot of walking lately. I try to walk, jog and hike outside when Oregon weather allows. If I can’t make it outside, then I try to spend time on my treadmill. #Nutrisystem Women’s SUCCESS Select Program Week 26 Review
This week flew by for me. We had wonderful spring-like weather in the afternoons. My Daughters and I were able to get out for some long walks and scooter rides.
I had a great week with Nutrisystem as well. My food, water and exercise all seemed to come really easy this week.
