Nutrisystem Update – The License Photo & Face weight
I have been provided with a Nutrisystem plan in exchange for sharing my honest experience and results on my blog. All opinions are my own.
Recently we were getting groceries and decided to pick up some alcohol. Alcohol doesn't fit well on the Nutrisystem plan - by the way. Drinking water is the best route to take because its 0 calories, and drinking calories whether it's in soda, juice or alcohol isn't ideal in general.
