Adora Dolls ~ 18″ Friends Lola Doll + Outfit And Boots! {Review}

Most young girls love dolls. I know I was a huge fan for many years. While our older daughter wasn't much into "baby dolls" when she was younger, now at age 11, she is definitely interested in the larger 18" friend dolls. So when I learned about Adora Dolls 18" Fashion Play Doll line, I was super excited. They are a bit more affordable than the AG line and, yet, we think they are definitely just as cute.
Sending a big thank you to Adora Dolls for sending us this fun package for review!

NCircle Entertainment Presents Octonauts & ABC Monsters + Giveaway {2 Winners!} 9/25

One way that our family likes to wind down and spend time together is during a Family Movie Night. While it doesn't happen all that often, we try to manage this about once a month. Some times we choose "kids" movies and other times we pick a classic like "Seven Brides For Seven Brothers". As long as it's family friendly, we're all pretty easy to please. So with NCircle Entertainment's new August releases out, I was happy to add a couple more great options to our line up.

We love watching the latest superhero Read more [...]
Peaceable Kingdom ~ Friends & Neighbors Game {Post 1} + Giveaway 9/24

Friendship, cooperation, and kindness are important characteristics we've always tried to instill in our children. Now more than ever, it's important for our family to focus on good character traits as we just welcomed three foster daughters into our home a couple weeks ago. While we don't know how long they will be with us, throwing an additional 8, 4, and 4 month old into the crazy mix of five kiddos (ages 2-11) that we already had is definitely challenging but also rewarding and fun. There Read more [...]
#GetCurious & Celebrate Curious George’s 75th Birthday {+ Giveaway!) US 9/21

Growing up, I look back at my elementary education days fondly. There were days where we'd head down to the computer lab and hit the trails on the beloved Oregon Trails computer game or crunch math facts with Number Munchers. Then, there were other days were we'd spend some time in the library. I quickly learned where some of my favorites were located and I'd always run see if there was a new release waiting. One of those beloved book themes just happened to be Curious George! Partly fueled Read more [...]
