Years ago, I found a Lemon Flavored Roll-Out Cookie Recipe in a family magazine. I love almost anything lemon flavored so I tore it out and copied it into my recipe book. Months later, I finally took time to give it a try and boy-oh-boy, it's been a favorite of everyone ever since.
