St Croix Artisan Chocolate Review
I've always been a picky eater and I've gotten a lot of flack over the years for not caring for various foods. However, the food i've gotten the most flack over is definitely chocolate. Nobody can believe that I don't care for chocolate. Ryan on the other hand enjoys milk chocolate and when offered the chance to review the artisan chocolate from St Croix Chocolate Co, he was happy to help me out. The chocolate listed at st croix isn't your everyday "just because" chocolate. It seems perfect, pretty Read more [...]
Amy’s Organics Review
When I am cooking for my family, I find I put a lot of time and energy into feeding them well-rounded meals. I am a good cook and I enjoy it. Indeed, I am a professed food snob. BUT when it comes to me being alone in the middle of the day, I find my own food intake is often put on the back burner. I often just throw together a sandwich or salad or end up skipping lunch altogether. So Amy's Organics has been a great fallback for me over the last few years when I am alone. When Amy's decided to send Read more [...]
Little Star Lullabies CD Review
I live on a busy street with traffic pretty much day and night, which means there's the constant noise of cars, motorcycles and trucks, with the occasional horn blowing, not to mention emergency vehicles' sirens blaring. I've learned to ignore the noise and sleep through it but it's a different story for my daughter.
Many times she was woken up from her nap or in the middle of the night by sounds she hears outside. It's even worse when I've been trying to get her to sleep for a while and she's Read more [...]

Munki Munki is a great pajama company that offers some of the softest pajamas available today. The goal was to make their pajamas feel like those cotton sheets that are so old, but feel so good that you never want to get out of bed. Their new line of pajamas has a print that would fit into everyone's life. Some of the prints they offer are tulips, road trip, butterflies, fireflies and pools. Each print offers multiple styles of pajamas such as shirt and tops, pant and t-shirts or gowns. Read more [...]
Fitbit Ultra Wireless Activity & Sleep Tracker Review
Fitbit.com is a relative new company but don’t think for one minute that they aren’t experienced. Fitbit.com’s founders and partners/officers have a no nonsense approach when it comes to satisfying their customers. Not only do they have a mastery of technology, but they also know how to package, market, and make their products user friendly. Fitbit.com makes it almost impossible for their clients (and yes, I feel like a client rather than a customer because Fitbit.com didn’t Read more [...]

Dean Dairy Review
We are chocolate milk lovers around here. My kid's drink Dean's chocolate milk at school every day, but I had never had it before. So when Dean's Dairy offered me some of their product to taste and review I was excited. I had never seen it at my local grocery, but when I was a few towns over running errands, I saw it in their grocery and picked up a gallon of the 1% Chocolate Milk and the Whole Chocolate Milk. I was happy about the 1% because I don't think I have seen that from other brands. I generally Read more [...]
Al Fresco All Natural Chicken Sausage Review
I recently had the opportunity to try out three types of chicken sausage from al fresco. I'm from a family where every meal includes some kind of meat, which of course isn't a good balance especially when eating a lot of red meat. Al Fresco Chicken Sausage contains 70% less fat than pork sausage and is free of nitrites, nitrates, preservatives and artificial flavor. This means a much healthier way to feed your meat addiction, which I love.
My plan was to cook these up without letting Ryan Read more [...]
