Yoga has become increasingly more popular over the years and it’s been known to provide many different benefits for both adults and children. The pictures are really great and geared for children which makes the program fun. Our kids enjoy taking turns choosing a handful of poses to try and practice each time they do Yoga.

I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates. I started yoga when I was a teenager and decades later, still do it. I have a yoga DVD for teen girls and think little boys would benefit from it too. Great to teach yoga and ABCs too!
