I love getting gifts that aren’t tangible but are instead experiences such as concert tickets. Last year Ryan’s mom purchased a hotel stay for Ryan and I, so we were able to go on a ministaycation at a nice hotel that had a game room, and it included breakfast in bed, etc. It was a neat gift that required some out of the box thinking to come up with. I love unique gifts. For our one year anniversary, Ryan bought us tickets to a dinner train ride that included a four course meal and a live theater show that happened right in the train aisle while we ate. It was really neat. Xperience days is a company that sells tickets for events such as hot air balloon rides, train dinners, flight lessons and other neat experiences. On the website you can search by location, price or by the type of event you’re interested in. Many of the event tickets would make great holiday gifts especially if you have an adventurous family member or perhaps someone who has a particular interest such as an interest in being a pilot or in learning to play an instrument.
