I have tons of clothes, but somehow I wound up not having nearly as many dresses as I’d like. I was happy to set up a review of the oblique v dress from horny toad. Horny toad is an online retailer for men and womens sustainable clothing such as organic cotton. I selected the oblique v dress in brick for review, in a size small. The material is tencel cotton and spandex which makes it soft and stretchy. Due to the stretchy nature of the item, I wish I had ordered a size up as it clings in areas such as my “love handles” that make me uncomfortable. However, it’s simply my own insecurities and the dress does fit to size. The color is bright and noticeable without being over the top, making it easy to wear for a variety of occasions. I love how it’s a great basic piece that can be worn in a most any social situations but it has enough detail to keep it from being boring at the same time. In fact, when browsing the horny toad website I find that to be true of most all of their items. At just 5 foot tall, I wasn’t surprised to find that the dress is long on me but again it’s a problem with my own body not the dress itself. As a small chested person, I rarely find dresses or tops that keep me covered when moving around. I love how this dress has the “v” shaped design in the dress but then has a patch covering it, so that there’s detail in the dress but you don’t have to worry about showing more than you’d like. The entire piece is soft, stretchy and super comfortable.

Nice items. A bit pricey, but sustainability is important. Wish they carried slightly larger sizes.
Ive been looking for a nice source of sustainable clothing for a while, thanks for sharing this with me – I somehow feel better with uncut hair and natural clothing
