Do you get addicted to facebook games? I know I do, but I hate how so many facebook games these days require that you publish messages to your wall and have friends click on them before you can move on. I’ve been playing celebrity me for about a week now and have made it to level six and am thrilled that I haven’t been forced into publishing anything to my wall or requesting items from facebook friends. That alone pretty much had me sold. Basically, you create a character who is trying to become rich and famous and there are various tasks such as buying country western clothing and then doing a country western photo shoot, that you can preform to earn cash, fans and diamonds. There are different leaders who show up in the left side area who tell yo what to do next to progress in that career track. You can choose to focus on just one such as country singing or rapping, or you can do them all at once. You can use these items to purchase clothing for additional photo shoots or tasks that you need to complete. Each task that you complete drains some energy away. Energy is built up by time passing by, and peaks at 15 so you have to play to drain your energy and then come back after it has built back up. The game is pretty basic as it tells you in the left side area what you need to complete next, but if you are sensitive about what your children see or read you might have them steer clear of this game. It includes tasks like “holding your alcohol” at the bar that some parents wouldn’t want their children seeing. Overall it is an enjoyable game for adults.
