You may recall that Fitness Etc sponsored a summer theme prize package for a giveaway hop recently. They offered up a camisole, beach towel and beach bag for that giveaway. Fitness Etc isn’t just summer items, though. I recently was able to check out a zip up hoodie with matching sweatpants from fitness etc. They are navy blue and a pretty basic set all around, but really fuzzy and soft on the inside, even after being washed a couple of times. I was sent a medium hoodie and medium bottoms. The hoodie fit great but the pants were a bit big. I’d suggest going a size down from your usual on the bottoms. If you like your hoodies baggy, then go a size up for the top. The bottoms have a drawstring so I am able to adjust them to fit which is nice just in case you order too big. I like wearing the bottoms around the house or to sleep in, and the hoodie is great for throwing over a t shirt at night when it gets chilly. I like how they don’t have the elastic at the bottom like some sweatpants do. I like how it’s just a simple solid color so it matches with just about anything I have on. Both the hoodie and the lounge pants are thicker than the sweat outfits you can get cheap at mass merchandisers. Overall I’m quite pleased with their quality.
Ryan was sent some champion lounge shorts to check out. While he wouldn’t usually purchase cotton lounge shorts, he has worn these and said that they are nice and comfortable. They are wider in the leg than most of his other lounge shorts, closer to the shape/cut of boxer shorts where as most lounge shorts are similar to basketball shorts. When on, the size/style difference is less noticeable than when not being worn. The shorts have a thick elastic waistband as well as a drawstring which allows you to find the right fit. They are great to have around for lazy days where you are just hanging out at home or for sleeping in or working out in. Even if for use while sick, men should have a nice, comfy pair of lounge shorts in their dresser somewhere.
They also sent along a 100% polyester workout shirt for Ryan to wear. He hasn’t worn it much as he prefers regular t shirts but just based on the look and feel of the product in my hands it feels to be of nice quality as well.
