This week, Nutrisystem has taught me to be grateful. I am grateful for the opportunity I was given with Nutrisystem. I am grateful for the support and education that Nutrisystem is giving me. I am grateful that I am gaining control of my health. I am grateful that my family is also learning how to live a healthy lifestyle. I am grateful that this year, I won’t need to try to hide from holiday photos. I am grateful!
I have not been very active this week. My family and I have been sharing a cold. I was not surprised that both my measurements and my weight stayed exactly the same. To date, I have lost 16.5 inches and 20 pounds. I am also down about a size and a half in clothing and undergarments.
Next week hopefully we will all be healthy. I plan to resume my treadmill and DVD exercise routine.
This week, I am sharing a video recipe for my Tuna Salad. I use the tuna salad mix from Nutrisystem and added to that a bell pepper, celery, and sun-dried tomatoes. I like to serve my tuna salad with a whole grain sandwich thin. It’s delicious, fresh, and healthy.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
