Staying busy can be good, but it can also be bad for our health.  I know as a mom to a 4 year old I stay preoccupied most of the time.  I rarely think about myself or my health.  I am too busy trying to be the best mom that I can, work a little bit so that I can help with money and go to school to try to get a better job.  My plate is completely full and I rarely take breaks.  What I have come to realize is that life throws you curves that you don’t expect.  Those curves typically make us slow down and take some time to relax.

I have realized by reading Chicken Soup for the Soul Think Positive for Great Health to cherish the moments that you have to just sit down and relax.  Our brains are going to tell us one way or another to slow down.  If we start listening to our bodies better, we will realize when we need a break instead of our bodies making us take a break.  I could relate to so many stories that I read in Chicken Soup for the Soul Think Positive for Great Health.  It was great to actually sit down and relate so well with other people.

If you take the time to read Chicken Soup for the Soul Think Positive for Great Health you will learn to listen to your body better.  Will learn how to reduce your stress in many different ways including diet and exercise.  If you are as busy as I am I think you will enjoy reading this wonderful book.
