The weather has started to turn cold, windy and wet in Oregon…no, it’s not like that year round, we had a hot, dry and beautiful summer. It is time for me to store my capris, tank tops and sandals in the back of my closet. My sweaters, jeans and boots have now been moved to the front of my wardrobe. As I was rotating my clothing, I noticed that many of my “staples” are a bit drab and boring. I quickly saw that I needed to add some color, pattern and texture to my fall/winter apparel line-up. I turned to one of my favorite clothing stores, Single Thread Boutique, for some new and exciting pieces.

For my review, Single Thread Boutique sent me a Blu Pepper Roll Up Ombre Plaid Top, Ya Sweater with Color Blocking and Vigoss Medium Wash Embroidered Skinny Chelsea jeans.

Blu Pepper Roll Up Ombre Plaid Top is going to be my go-to casual top this season. This isn’t a traditional boxy button-up plaid top; it is fitted, flattering and fantastic. I can wear it casual with jeans and boots. If I need something a little warmer, wear the Blu Pepper Roll Up Ombre Plaid Top under my favorite sweater or jacket.

Ya Sweater with Color Blocking is the perfect transition piece to take me from warm summer evenings to crisp fall mornings. An oversized cut, intricate knit pattern and trendy color blocks make this a statement piece in my wardrobe. I wear mine with jeans and flats for a relaxed fall outfit.

Vigoss Medium Wash Embroidered Skinny Chelsea jeans are amazing to say the least! These are by far my favorite jeans…in my current wardrobe and in the history of my wardrobe! This is my first pair of jeans with the destroyed look. I have to admit, I am old enough that I had a hard time getting a pair of jeans that were “destroyed”. Why pay for jeans that look used? But, I needed/wanted to refresh my look so I went for it. Boy am I glad I did. I LOVE these jeans! They are so versatile; they can be worn in every season. They go well with t-shirts, button-ups, sweaters and more. They are a great length for flats, sandals, booties and knee-high boots. I need to get more Vigoss jeans! (Seen in both photos)

I noticed the Vigoss Medium Wash Embroidered Skinny Chelsea jeans are no longer on the website. I am not surprised they sold out. The Vigoss Rolled Up Skinny Thompson jeans are similar.

I am over the moon happy with my new fall/winter pieces from Single Thread Boutique. I will definitely be shopping there again!
