It’s no surprise that children love to be outdoors. I used to do daycare and we would spend half our days outside playing when weather permitted. The kids enjoyed all the climbing toys, swing set, slides, and ride ons I had but the biggest hit of the yard was always the sandbox. Who can blame them. I even enjoy getting down in the dirt and creating mountains and hills, holes and valleys, and using molds to make sand art. While I am no longer doing daycare, we now have four of our own children who also have found a love for playing outside and in our sandbox. Since it is now October and Minnesota’s chilly weather is on its way in, I asked the children to keep the Dino T-Top Bulldozer out of the sand until Spring. They have used it outdoors on the grass and our patio but I wanted them to have the option of playing with it indoors all Winter as well. We are in the process of packing all our outside toys away for the winter so they knew if it got too dirty, it would be packed in the garage and not used again for months. So they have happily complied.
The Dino T-Top Bulldozer was bigger than what I was expecting. This has turned out to be a positive thing as the kids have found it the perfect size to maneuver around. Well this is a great toy that you can with both in and outdoors. My dad used a big tractor tire filled with sand for our sand box, when I was growing up. That would be perfect to play in with this or just on the table like you show, for those rainy/snowy days.
