I always prefer to put our babies in soft soled shoes. They seem more comfortable and I’ve read there are lots of benefits to growing feet. I was sent a pair of Caden Baby Shoes and a pair of Rock Star Shoes for our 17 month old. These shoes are made in Utah and constructed with all natural ultra-supple leather. The soles are made from a soft suede and are completely soft and flexible. While the shoes slip on easily, their stay-on design keeps them on. These shoes are lined with all natural leather which makes them breathable and comfortable. While these shoes can be machine washed, the recommended care is to hand wash.
I am really impressed with the quality and workmanship of the Caden and Rock Star Shoes. They are adorable, but more importantly, they are high quality. I can’t find any flaws in either pair. The designs are straight, seems tight, and soles secure. I can see by the way our little guys walks in these shoes that they are very comfortable. We are really enjoying our Caden shoes in size large and can’t wait till our little guy fits in the Rock Star Shoes in extra large.
The other product I received from SimpleAmericanStyle.com is the Retro Rides Navy Simply Soft Throw. I chose this throw because I felt the pattern could be given to a child or an adult and every age in between. The Retro Rides Throw is generously sized at 50″ by 60″. Made from 90% Polyester 10% Nylon, this throw is machine washable. This blanket has a little weight to it but is not overly heavy. I like that it’s larger than “baby blankets” and would work great on a toddler bed or for a living room blanket for anyone of any age. The back of the Retro Rides blanket is minky dot and and very soft to the touch. The boys are all loving this blanket.

I’m a city girl turned country by my awesome husband and we have three busy boys and two darling daughters. I love spending time with my family, reading Karen Kingsbury novels, and catching up with friends while our kiddos have play dates.
