Have you ever found yourself running errands in town late at night when you wonder something like “How late is Sears open?” or your husband texts you to say that your refrigerator has died. You bought the extended warrenty, but you aren’t sure how the repair process works. You’re 10 minutes away from Sears and the baby is asleep – you hate to wake her up to run into the store if it might all be for nothing.
Sears understands that most of us are really, really busy these days. So they have created the Shop Your Way Member Assist App. To use the app, all you need is a question for Sears & a phone or a tablet that you can download apps on. From the Shop Your Way app or ShopYourWay.com, log in with your account. Select the Member Assist app and choose your local store (or the store you are currently nearest to).
Find the store department that is closest to meeting your needs (for the broken fridge, you’d select Appliances). Choose one of the associates listed for the appropriate department. From there, you will be able to text them or request that they call you to get assistance with answering your question and a store associate will respond to your inquiry.
You can use the Members Assist App to ask any product or service related question. Even if you get home with a new purchase and then discover that you have questions about it. Or maybe you just realized that you don’t have much time to shop for Mother’s Day left – Easter was last this year so Mother’s Day kind of snuck up on you. You can use the app to get mother’s day gift ideas even if you’re shopping at the last minute.

This is a great app. I have it downloaded just haven’t used it yet. Been so busy lately. Need to jump on it and start saving money!

I don’t have a smart phone so I don’t use many apps. It’s great that they make it easier for people to find out stuff they need though.

I REALLY like this app. I’ve been using it when I’m near a Sears to double check on a time. I love stopping in there to check out clearance sales.

I’ve only used this once. We have such a small Sears store nearby and it’s in a run down mall so I’d rather shop online. I should look at this app again.
Looks like a great app that could save a lot of time and gas money!
