I received products from Smith Brothers Wellness for my review. All opinions are my own.
You know how sometimes things just happen and it was perfect timing…well this is one of those reviews. I was asked to review the new Smith Brothers Cold and Flu Wellness Regimen. I had reviewed Smith Brothers products before and like them. I accepted the review knowing it was probably just a matter of time before I had my first cold of the fall. And just like that the day the package arrived, I wasn’t feeling well. In the package, I found that the Wellness Regimen included three phases of cold/flu support- immune support, relief of cold & flu and restore wellness.
Since I was already sick, I started with the symptom relief products. These hot beverages help you feel better and get some rest. The non-drowsy daytime products come in mixed berry flavor and honey lemon. The nighttime packets come in honey chamomile flavor. Both the daytime and nighttime beverages help you find relief from nasal congestion, cough, head & body aches and help to reduce fever.
Once I start to feel better, then I will transition to the restore wellness drinks. Formulated to help support your recovery, they contain B6, B12, Guarana and Electrolytes. The wellness restore drinks are available in berry and orange zest flavors.
Then, when completely recuperated, I will use the immune support pick-me-ups. They contain B6, B12, C and Zinc. They help you fight through the occasional fatigue and boost your energy. Immune support is offered in orange zest and citrus blast flavors.

Hello, my name is Laurie. My family and I live near the Oregon coast. When we aren’t at work, in school, or on the volleyball court, we enjoy traveling, cheering for our favorite sports teams, playing outdoors, and checking off items on our bucket list. We are lucky in that both sets of our parents, as well as our siblings and their families, live within an hour of us. We get together often to help one another out, celebrate milestones, and go on adventures together.
